Greetings from the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme Malaysia

The Global Cleantech Innovation Programme Malaysia (GCIP Malaysia) is a programme hosted by the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) in collaboration with Global Environment Facility (GEF), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA) to spur the development of SME's in the area of clean technology.

The GCIP Malaysia is an annual competition and accelerator based programme, which aims to identify, fund and nurture Malaysian start-ups in clean technologies. The programme is now in its third year running, and is calling for applications from 1st March 2016 - 30th April 2016. We are in search of the most innovative and investable cleantech Malaysian companies to train, mentor and transform them into globally-competitive companies.

MIGHT and UNIDO believes that innovation in cleantech is a key solution to address climate change, resource depletion and associated environmental degradation issues. As such, generating leads for the SME's involved in cleantech/green technology is our utmost priority to ensure they are given the right facilitation and assistance.

If you are ready with a proven cleantech innovation and would like to become a global cleantech technopreneur we are delighted to invite you to join the GCIP Malaysia competition and accelerator programme.

We are attaching the GCIP Malaysia brochure and application guideline for your quick and easy reference. For more details on the programme and to apply please visit us at
